The Vice President of Quality & Corporate Compliance at Uintah Basin Medical Center wanted to understand factors such as their hospital’s culture, processes, and behaviors that impact the patient’s experience. To achieve this, REDi Health extracted large amounts of survey data that is currently being developed into visualizations that auto-identify areas where the hospital excels and needs improvement. In addition to the comprehensive insights, the hospital will be able to explore specific circumstances that impact patient safety and patient outcomes at a micro level. As a result, the hospital hopes to continually evaluate processes and implement changes tailored to the needs of their patients, resulting in higher patient satisfaction scores and improved patient experience. In addition, incorporating patient feedback into decision-making processes will ensure that hospital practices remain patient-centered.

We anticipate that our collaboration with REDi Health will empower us to better understand the factors shaping our patients' experiences. By leveraging data visualization and analysis, we hope to successfully identify areas of strength and areas that warrant improvement, which will enable us to continuously enhance our processes and deliver higher patient satisfaction scores. Incorporating patient feedback will ensure our practices remain patient-centered, fostering an improved patient experience.
