About the job

REDi is strengthening its growth and sales systems to scale impact across rural healthcare. The Growth Manager role exists to help ensure relationship-driven engagement translates into consistent revenue contribution and sustainable expansion.

About REDi Health Analytics LLC

REDi Health is built for rural. We help small and rural hospitals become more sustainable by using data analytics to strengthen financial stability, improve patient care, and support healthier communities. Our co-founders, John Wadsworth and Jeff Grandia, saw a clear gap in how rural hospitals were being served—and how that gap limited their ability to compete and thrive. They founded REDi Health to change that. Today, we partner closely with hospitals to shine a light on complex processes through analytics and provide hands-on, practical support. We help organizations get more value from the systems they’ve already invested in, make smarter decisions with their data, and implement meaningful improvements that last. We’re a mission-driven, remote team that values clarity, collaboration, and doing work that makes a real difference in the communities we serve.

Final Word

This role is central to how REDi delivers on its mission. You will take ownership of client relationships and engagement outcomes, build trust through responsiveness and follow-through, and communicate clearly and proactively with both clients and internal teams. You’ll navigate ambiguity with sound judgment, stay organized across multiple active engagements, and recognize opportunities to deepen partnerships by connecting demonstrated value to future needs.

If you are someone who thrives on building trusted relationships, coordinating meaningful work, and helping rural hospitals turn insight into action, this role offers the opportunity to create lasting impact—for both the hospitals we serve and the communities that depend on them.
