About Us
Rural healthcare data analytics
In 2021, John Wadsworth and Jeff Grandia launched REDi Health with a clear mission: to deliver hands-on healthcare analytics consulting that shines a light on hospital processes, helps teams maximize existing systems, and supports sustainable change.
In John and Jeff’s previous work, they saw firsthand how many rural and community hospitals lacked clear visibility into their data — and the capacity to use it effectively in everyday processes. This lack of actionable insight made it difficult for hospitals to improve performance or sustain operations, despite their critical role in delivering care.
Today, the REDi team works alongside healthcare leaders across the country — including Critical Access Hospitals and State Offices of Rural Health — providing practical analytics, documented ROI, and meaningful improvement that lasts.
Core Values
data analytics for Rural Healthcare
Our Operating Principles
Innovation
We’ve seen the amazing innovation happening in rural healthcare, and we’re here to help you take it even further. We’re all about listening to what you need and using data to create solutions that really work for you.
Accountability
We are accountable for our actions. We act on what we believe is right and let the consequence follow.
Learning
We value learning that comes from success and failure. We seek to uncover the truth and act upon it.
Respect
Gratitude
We strive every day to ‘work like Helen B. Happy,’ John’s relative. We gratefully perform meaningful work in communities we serve.
Elevating Rural Health Through Data and Partnership
Rural hospitals are the backbone of their communities, but limited resources, outdated systems, shrinking reimbursements, and denied claims make staying afloat increasingly difficult.
At REDi Health, we help rural healthcare organizations leverage data to strengthen financial stability, improve patient care, and build healthier communities.
