John Wadsworth and Jeff Grandia conceived the idea for REDi Health during a collaboration they led Health Catalyst, a healthcare outcomes improvement company that went public in 2019. They saw a gap: small and rural healthcare organizations lacked access to powerful data analytics.
In 2021, they established REDi Health with a clear mission: to shine a light on processes and procedures through a hands-on, tailored analytics approach, enabling small and rural hospitals to maximize their existing systems. Since then, John, Jeff, and the REDi team have consistently pursued this unified goal.
At REDi Health, we’re all about fostering the incredible innovation already happening in rural healthcare and elevating care in the communities we serve. The name “REDi” represents ‘rural economic development’ with the ‘i’ symbolizing ‘pragmatic [innovation]’, ‘delightful [inspiration]’, and ‘novel [insight]’. The company’s mission is to empower care providers in their essential work of healing and alleviating pain and suffering for patients.
In our work with SORHs and rural hospitals, we’ve consistently found that life is better with data.
We are in the business of helping clients solve problems. We question deeply to understand, then use data to inform solutions.
We are accountable for our actions. We act on what we believe is right and let the consequence follow.
We strive every day to ‘work like Helen B. Happy,’ John’s relative. We gratefully perform meaningful work in communities we serve.
