After losing key IT personnel, CCA found themselves unable to provide accurate and complete data to their board, which had significant impact on their ability to fulfill their value proposition. To address this crisis, CCA searched for external partners that could streamline analytic workflows and ingest and integrate commercial claims data. Thus began the partnership with REDi Health.
By integrating claims data from six third-party administrators, REDi Health was able to transform CCA data into a unified format. This process streamlined and consolidated the disparate databases, reducing the time spent on data manipulation and providing CCA with greater transparency. REDi Health also delivered accurate patient-to-provider attribution models.
REDi Health’s accurate patient-to-provider alignment and transparent methodology resulted in an increased number of patients being matched with primary care providers. This combined with improved risk-stratification produced greater alignment with care coordinators to deliver increased quality of care for high-risk patients.
